Terms of Service: Adverse Reaction & Liability Clause

1. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by Kiyora Peptide are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and animal study purposes. These compounds are not medicines, food additives, or dietary supplements. They have not been approved by the FDA for human administration.

2. Assumption of Risk

The Buyer acknowledges that these chemicals may be hazardous. By purchasing, the Buyer warrants that they are a qualified researcher with the necessary equipment and safety protocols to handle these compounds. Kiyora Peptide is not liable for any damages resulting from improper handling, accidental exposure, or unauthorized human consumption.

3. Reporting of Adverse Research Events

In the event that a research subject exhibits an adverse reaction (including but not limited to vascular, neurological, or localized distress):

• Mandatory Cessation: All administration of the compound must cease immediately to maintain study integrity.

• No Medical Guidance: The Seller is a chemical supplier and cannot and will not provide medical advice, diagnostic assistance, or "troubleshooting" for physical symptoms.

• Accidental Exposure: Any human exposure must be treated as a medical emergency. The Buyer is directed to seek immediate assistance from a licensed healthcare provider or a Poison Control Center.

4. Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kiyora Peptide from any claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from the Buyer’s use of the products in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

Termination of Access Due to Improper Use Clause

Section X: Restricted Use and Mandatory Account Termination

X.1 Protocol for Unauthorized Use: Kiyora Peptide maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the clinical or human administration of research compounds. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and animal research.

X.2 Mandatory Account Closure: In the event that a Buyer, through written or verbal communication, indicates that a research compound has been, is being, or will be used for human consumption, ingestion, or injection, Kiyora Peptide reserves the right to:

• Immediately and Permanently Terminate the Buyer’s account and access to the purchasing platform.

• Cancel All Pending Orders without prior notice.

• Blacklist the Buyer's name, email address, and shipping destination from all future transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.

X.3 No Medical Consultation: Because our products are not for human use, any report of "side effects," "symptoms," or "physiological reactions" in a human subject will be treated as an admission of improper use and a breach of these Terms. Kiyora Peptide will not provide "troubleshooting" or medical guidance for such breaches; instead, the Buyer will be directed to emergency medical services, and the account will be closed to prevent further liability.

X.4 Non-Waiver: The failure of Kiyora Peptide to strictly enforce this section in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it in any future instance. The Buyer acknowledges that any human use of research chemicals is a material breach of this contract.
